At The Norman School we are committed to working together with all members of our school community. This local offer has been produced with pupils, parents/carers, governors and members of staff.

Under the SEN Code of Practice a young person has SEND if they:
- Have a significantly greater difficulty in learning than the majority of others of the same age, or
- Have a disability which prevents or hinders him or her from making use of educational facilities of a kind generally provided for others of the same age in mainstream schools.
